One workflow, built and tested on your real cases, documented, and handed over in your own accounts. Priced from the written spec, with a deposit to start and the balance at go live.

Care Plan

$249 per month

We keep your automations healthy: monitoring, small fixes, and improvements as your business changes. Cancel with 30 days notice.

Audit slots are limited to 2 per week.

You stay in control

Your accounts, your systems. Everything is built inside the tools you already own and pay for. Nothing is held hostage, and the work is documented so any builder could take it over.
No passwords, ever. You invite us in as a team member under our own login, and connections run through the official permission screens. Access is scoped to the job and you can revoke it at any time.
A human at the exception points. The automation follows the path you approved, using words you approved. Anything unusual is held for a person, never improvised.
Tested before it touches a customer. Every build runs against your real cases first. Nothing goes live on a promise.

Quick answers

Do I need to buy new software?: Usually not. We connect the tools you already use: your phone system, inbox, calendar, booking or job software, and spreadsheets. If something is genuinely needed, it goes in the quote before you pay anything.
What if the AI says the wrong thing to a customer?: It only follows the path and the wording you approved, and anything outside that path is held for a human. It is tested on your real cases before it goes live, so surprises are found with us, not with your customers.
Who does the work?: Every engagement is designed and owned by Tayo Bankole, and builds are delivered with his team under his spec. You deal with one person, and that person is accountable for the outcome.
What does it cost, all in?: The audit is $500 flat. Builds start at $2,500 and are quoted fixed from the written spec. The Care Plan is $249 per month and cancels with 30 days notice. Usage costs, where they apply, sit in your own accounts, so you see them directly.
Where are you based?: Toronto, Canada. Everything is delivered remotely, and we work with service businesses across Canada and the United States.
